By downloading or using FocusedFasting ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Distribute or sell the App without authorization

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase:

Payment is processed securely through Apple
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely to provide the App's functionality.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
